From grilled red curry tiger prawns to scrumptious lamb rendang, Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu’s very first Iftar menu at ON22 Restaurant this Ramadan is sure to tantalise your taste buds and leave you satisfied.
Taking a unique semi-buffet approach that sets it apart from other Ramadhan buffets, it will include a set menu of main dishes served to the table fresh from the kitchen, considered as part of the buffet spread. The set menu would be perfect to share among four people, as it comprises four small plates and four main dishes for sharing, so guests will have the chance to try eight different kinds of food on top of other selections in the buffet.
On week three, guests will enjoy Masamam Beef, Grilled Ayam Rendang, Grilled Seabass Laksa and Grilled Butter Tiger Prawns for the main dishes, while week four will rotate back to the same menu in week one. The crowd-favourite Whole Roast Lamb will be featured at the buffet spread itself, along with salads, Sup Tulang, Bubur Lambuk, and a variety of barbecue meats, satay as well as assorted Malay kueh, Bubur Cha Cha and pastries for dessert, among many others.
