Task force recommends extended lockdown in Albay, Zamboanga City – Roque COVID19Quarantine
MANILA - The Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases has recommended the extension of the enhanced community quarantine in Albay province and Zamboanga City, presidential spokesperson Harry Roque said Saturday.
The task force’s recommendation of continuing strict lockdown measures in both areas has been sent to President Rodrigo Duterte for approval, Roque said. The rest of the country, including Albay province and Zamboanga City, shifted to the general community quarantine, with looser lockdown restrictions.
