An animal shelter in Capas, Tarlac is resorting to online solutions as it struggles to feed over 100 rescued dogs.
The Animal Kingdom Foundation is intensifying its online adoption campaigns and has been utilizing live streams to promote its rehoming program. To date, the shelter was able to give ten of its rescued dogs new homes.
AKF also expressed concern over diminishing funds following the three-week extension of enhanced community quarantine in Tarlac and other provinces last month.
