The National Republican Congressional Committee released a list of vulnerable Democratic members of Congress it seeks to target in an effort to expand the party's House majority in 2024.

The 37 seats held by House Democrats being targeted, in a list shared with Politico, include nearly all the ones listed by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as"front-line" seats it knows are vulnerable but is trying to preserve.“Republicans are in the majority and on offense.

Democrats being targeted by the Republicans include Mary Peltola , Josh Harder , Mike Levin , Yadira Caraveo , Jahana Hayes , Darren Soto , Eric Sorensen , Frank Mrvan , Sharice Davids , Jared Golden , Hillary Scholten , Dan Kildee , Angie Craig , Don Davis , Wiley Nickel , Jeff Jackson , Chris Pappas , Gabriel Vasquez , Dina Titus , Susie Lee , Steven Horsford , Pat Ryan , Greg Landsman , Marcy Kaptur , Emilia Sykes , Val Hoyle , Andrea Salinas , Susan Wild , Matt Cartwright , Chris Deluzio ,...

Republicans are also targeting seats currently held by Katie Porter and Elissa Slotkin . Porter and Slotkin are running for Senate seats in their respective states, making those races open with no incumbent.Many of the Democrats named in the GOP's target list were also targeted for the 2022 elections by the NRCC. While Republicans retook the lower chamber of Congress in 2022, they did so despite underperforming in several key races nationwide.
