There are thousands of new home and kitchen items at Target right now. Here are the nine I’m eyeing, including Caraway pans, Studio McGee pasta bowls, and a Solo Stove fire pit, starting at $20.
It’s winter, which means I have a lot more free time on my hands. Every so often, I’ll check up on retailers liketo see what it has fresh in stock. And I was surprised to find that right now, there are over 4,600 new pieces in the home and kitchen section.
I love buying and using cookbooks. One thing I don’t love is constantly staining the pages because I’m a messy cook. This new cookbook holder looks perfect for me. Not only is it a really nice size to hold any book, lightweight or heavy, it’s also very chic and simple with a light-toned wood material. It's around 11 by 7 by 8 inches, so I know it’ll fit on any countertop.Another essential piece in my kitchen are pasta bowls. I have multiple sets, and I’m never opposed to adding more to my collection. These pasta bowls from the Studio McGee collection are a nice option. They’re made with stoneware with a smooth creamy white interior and a textured exterior design for a little more intrigue. They’re roughly 40-ounces each, so they have a lofty interior that’ll fit a wide variety of meals. Best of all, they’re fully microwave- and dishwasher-safe, too.I’ve been on the hunt for a serving board that is simple, but looks nice enough to land on a table for guests . I really love the design of this new option. It has a smooth, flat wooden surface that is nice and big at 15 by 22 inches. It’s perfect for appetizer spreads, especially for the Big Game, but I’d also love to use it for summer charcuterie boards, dessert boards, and for serving homemade bread. It has a cute handle for grabbing it on just one side, which is all I really need. For just $35, it's a no brainer.. Recently, the brand entered a different part of the cookware market with its stainless steel cookware line, and it's finally at Target. The pieces are made with the brand’s five-ply design, which means there are three inner layers of aluminum and two outer layers of stainless steel for heat retention and durability. They can be used on any stovetop and in the oven, up to 550℉. This set comes with two essential pieces: an 8-inch fry pan and a 1.75-quart saucepan with a matching lid. With spring inching closer and closer, the wave of fresh produce is almost here, too. This year, I’d love to make more of a point of composting and taking care of any food waste I might have, whether onion skins or banana peels. This Magnolia option is a great low-stakes way for me to start, thanks to its simple, less-expensive design. It’s meant to sit on your countertop, so it's nice and compact at 9.5 by 7.5 by 7 inches. It has a simple light green bucket base with a lid that has air vents for circulation. It's an easy way to collect those scraps as I go to eventually add them into the designated area in my backyard. Thanks to its smooth surface, it’ll be easy to wipe clean overtime, too.I absolutely love the pop of color this floral table runner brings to the kitchen. It’s great for spring, though its design will truly work all year round if you want to leave it out. It has a warm mid-toned green base with a detailed white floral pattern. Because it's a runner, it’s a less intense way of adding a design element to your table in comparison to a full tablecloth. It's available in aA set of multipurpose bowls like these are indispensable in a kitchen. They’re functional, meaning you can use them to store things like meal-prepped grains or leftovers, since they come with lids. But, they’re also stylish, so they can be used for parties or events where I want everything to look nice on the table. They have a neutral tan colored base, made with stoneware, with a darker wooden lid for contrast. There are two bowls in the set in different sizes, which will allow you to serve different dishes, whether snacks or salads for a crowd. They’re also dishwasher- and microwave-safe for an added bonus. My parents own one of these smokeless tabletop fire pits for their outdoor balcony at the Jersey shore . It’s perfect for chillier spring nights and is awesome to have during the summer when we want to have campfire s’mores. It’s the perfect size at just 6.8 by 5 by 5.1 inches, and it heats with wood or wood pellets. The stand it's pictured with is included, plus you can shop it in a few colors, like black ash, stainless steel, and water blue to match your space.. The 3.0 is a great set to grab if you’re thinking of using this method of cooking, since it comes with the sous vide machine and the container for a full starter bundle. This Nano is nice and compact, but you’ll still be able to use all of the functions using the top of the machine’s display. You can monitor the cooking process with WiFi, so it's great for longer term projects as well.
