Miller is charged with three counts of first-degree aggravated murder, according to an indictment filed Thursday. Miller remains detained in Colorado. He has a court hearing scheduled for Friday afternoon in Archuleta County. Records show he will be represented by a public defender.Police in Austin, Texas released surveillance video and body camera footage from the March 1 mass shooting that killed three people and injured more than a dozen others. CNN’s Ed Lavandera reports.
