TAMUSA coach Chris Minner, who was the former OLLU head coach, also provided his perspective. “It feels great, honestly,” Trevino said. “Coach Minner, when he recruited all of us, he said this was going to be a championship program, and that’s what we’re trying to build on. It also means a lot more because coach Minner’s coming from OLLU; also, he was there for quite a while. “I graduated from there, so, for us, it’s more than just a game. I mean, every game is a championship game.
