Inspectors have been in 🧐
Pizza Guys in Blackburn was given the lowest score possible after an inspection that took place on February 8 this year. At the time, it was reported that the takeaway on Whalley New Road was one of three in the area that scored zero after a visit from the Food Standards Agency .
The second point refers to areas within the building that needed repair. This included the area near the sink as the ceiling was badly damaged and partially missing. It states there was bare wood and bare brick near to the shutter, a door was damaged and cracked and the edge of the work surface needed repairing too.
Ratings are then made to give people an informed choice of where they choose to eat. These are numbered from 0 to 5, with 0, the rating that Pizza Guys was given, being the lowest an establishment can receive, meaning urgent improvement is required. Further on in the report, it states that a commercial clean is needed for the ducting.
