Setiausaha Agung BAM, Datuk Kenny Goh berkata, badan induk itu menerima baik keputusan beregu No. 12 dunia tersebut yang mahu bergerak bebas.
KUALA LUMPUR – Persatuan Badminton Malaysia bersetuju untuk melepaskan beregu lelaki negara, Goh Sze Fei-Nur Izzuddin Mohd Rumsani bermula 1 September ini, selepas mereka melahirkan hasrat untuk bergelar pemain profesional.
“Selepas berfikir semasak-masaknya, kami memahami dan menghormati keputusan mereka untuk menjadi pemain profesional dan kami bersetuju melepaskan Sze Fei-Izzuddin berkuatkuasa 1 September ini,” katanya kepada pemberita selepas menghadiri Mesyuarat Ahli Majlis BAM di Akademi Badminton Malaysia di sini, hari ini.
Beregu No. 2 negara itu sebelum ini pernah berpisah pada Januari, tahun lepas, sebelum mereka kembali disatukan enam bulan selepas itu.
