For Monday night’s iHeartRadio Music Awards, the singer, 34, donned a manicure featuring realistic-looking bug designs.on Instagram, SZA’s nature-inspired look consisted of a French manicure adorned with different types of bugs such as ants, ladybugs, a dragonfly and a grasshopper. On one of her nails, the white French tip was replaced with a monarch butterfly wing.carousel that included snaps from her night out.
The Grammy winner’s Instagram caption seems to point not just to her latest manicure but her longtime fascination with insects. In a 2018 interview with“I’ve always been into nature, always been into categorizing s—,” she told the magazine. “I was always into outside. Like always trying to categorize leaves and rocks and s—. Bugs though, that’s a new comfort.
“Now I’m really into bugs,” she said. “They have a purpose, I totally understand that.
