The woman’s barrister said his client admitted to acting “totally inappropriately” with the teenager while drunk, but “flat out” denied having sex.
A woman from Sydney’s eastern suburbs has admitted to kissing a 14-year-old boy while drunk, but says she “stopped” and did not take off both of their clothes and have sex, a court has heard.
The prosecutor said the boy, in a police interview in 2022, described the accused as dancing in a “sexual or erotic” way one night, drinking heavily, and kissing him before the alleged acts. Blizard said the woman replied, “Not really, I don’t remember it”, and said, “I only really remember something in the bedroom”.
Defence barrister Phillip Boulten, SC, said his client would give evidence during the trial refuting the boy’s allegations, including that they had intercourse for an hour and 20 minutes.Boulten added: “She does, though, admit, and will admit to you, that she acted totally inappropriately with him at a time when her life was very vulnerable, and when she was under the influence of alcohol.”
“She did not take her clothes off, she did not take his clothes off, she did not engage in oral intercourse, and she did not straddle him and have sexual intercourse with him.”
