The $100 million apartment comes with the best appliances and features possible, including six bedrooms, a gym, a cinema room, a lift and a plunge pool.The 800 square metre two-story penthouse in the Crown Hotel at Barangaroo overlooks the Sydney Harbour in its entirety, with a widespan view of the city. The master bedroom is complete with a spacious walk-in wardrobe and connecting ensuite with a jacuzzi and steam shower.

"It's very rare. It's an incredible piece of real estate here in Sydney and I'm fairly convinced that it will probably never happen again," agent Erin Van Tuil said. It includes six bedrooms, a gym, a cinema room, a lift, a plunge pool and more. "That is a first for Australia." Australian Financial Review's Luxury Property specialist Bonnie Campbell said the exclusive property would draw a particular crowd of buyers.
