Among the special guests was Matildas alumni Julie Donan, who first represented Australia almost 50 years ago during the 1975 Asian Cup. Fans were even treated to a performance by an Irish dance troupe, a nod to the Matildas’ opening match against the Republic of Ireland on July 20.
