La número uno del mundo perdió sólo 21 games en seis matches en el torneo de 12 días. Swiatek consiguió su 20ma victoria de match del año para liderar la WTA. Esta fue una revancha de la final 2022 y que también ganó Swiatek al superar por 6-4, 6-1 a Sakkari, quien no ha podido vencer a la Polaca desde el 2021.
Swiatek rápidamente se fue arriba 3-0 en el primer set. Sakkari se recuperó para ganar tres games seguido, incluyendo un quiebre a su rival.
