New emergency coronavirus laws introduced
The UK death toll hit 105 today - with more than 2,600 cases confirmedDowning Street denied that the capital would be put into lockdown - with any restrictions on travel or transport.
The Prime Minister's official spokesman said: "There are no plans to close down the transport network in London and there is zero prospect of any restrictions being placed on travelling in and out of London."
