Austin police say the victim was robbed at the door of an apartment in North Austin.
Police say it started around 9 p.m. Monday when a victim was robbed at the door of an apartment at the Starburst apartment complex on I-35 just north of US 183.
Police believed the suspect was inside one of the units and they evacuated surrounding apartments as a precaution.A police spokesperson told us just after 8:30 a.m. that the SWAT situation ended peacefully with one person taken into custody.All the news you need to know, every day
