Yesterday , a Hertfordshire Constabulary spokesperson confirmed: “A 54-year-old man was arrested in Bushey yesterday on suspicion of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.The group claims the man had been “sexually communicating with what he believed to be a 14 year old child”. “He was constantly requesting indecent images of the child & complementing on her appearance,” they added.
