According to authorities, a driver hit a cyclist and fled the scene. EMS personnel responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the location. His identity has not yet been released.Constables announced they have located the suspect vehicle in the Timber Crossing neighborhood near Willow Briar Drive and Bayberry Meadows Lane. The SUV was found running but unoccupied. Authorities are continuing their investigation at the scene.
