A 42-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday after a more than seven-hour standoff in McKeesport. Police said they were initially called to the 1200 block of Pirl Street at about 7:30 p.m. Monday. Once there, they found a woman suffering from multiple gunshots outside of a residence.
