According to police, Anthony Landry argued with employees because he wanted a refund. According to police, Landry was arguing with employees because he wanted a refund for his order. Limmer stepped in to try to calm Landry down, but he instead turned his attention to Limmer.Attorney Jeffrey Limmer was indentified by his family as the person shot and killed at a Katy Freeway McDonald's Saturday.
Limmer and Landry went outside and an argument started. Limmer pushed Landry down, according to police. Landry went to his car and pulled out a gun and shot Limmer multiple times, investigators said.WANTED: Anthony Martin Landry, 57, is now charged with murder in the May 4th fatal shooting of a man at 8147 Katy Fwy.Limmer was an associate at the Houston office of the Lewis Brisbois law firm.
