Police officers restrained and handcuffed the son of an economist as he lay dying in the street after being struck by an unmarked police car
, witnesses have said.of the immediate aftermath showed Arthur Holscher-Ermert, 27, on his back with officers attempting CPR while shocked bystanders shouted “you’ve killed him”.In another video, apparently shot shortly before, Holscher-Ermert can be heard groaning in pain while officers restrain him face-down in the road after the collision on Saturday night in Peacehaven, East Sussex.
