The person who killed two and wounded others in a stabbing attack on the London Bridge had previously been 'released from jail for terror offenses,' sources say
Police have identified the suspect in a terrorist attack near London Bridge as 28-year-old Usman Khan.Khan was convicted in 2012 for terrorism offenses and was released from prison in December 2018 with an ankle monitor, Metropolitan Police Assistant Commissioner Neil Basu said in a statement.[Previous story, published at 7:22 p.m.
