It is where an officer discharged their weapon at a shooting suspect. The suspect was not struck and is now in custody, according to HPD.Dozens of SWAT officers and K-9 units were deployed to the scene. Law enforcement officials were heard using a megaphone to call for the suspect to exit the apartment.
