CHULA VISTA — CHULA VISTA, Calif. — On Saturday afternoon, police arrested 34-year-old Tulio Gasca after he allegedly stabbed a homeless man multiple times at the Palomar Trolley Station.
He was later transported to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Preliminary findings from the investigation suggest that the victim was attacked while sleeping on the premises, police said. Upon arrival, authorities identified the driver as Gasca and arrested him for vehicle theft. Subsequently, he was also arrested for the earlier stabbing incident.
