Philadelphia police have identified a suspect who was arrested after gunfire broke out at an Eid al-Fitr event, leaving three people injured and causing panic among the attendees. The incident occurred during a gathering of approximately 1,000 people to celebrate the end of Ramadan. Surveillance footage captured the chaotic scene as two rival groups exchanged gunfire, resulting in over 30 shots fired. Police are currently reviewing the footage to gather more information.

Sources tell Action News the teen had a rifle but it's unclear if the weapon was fired.
