Juan Francisco Garcia Valle, 27, was taken into custody on March 17, nearly two weeks after he was initially approached by law enforcement on outstanding violent felony warrants.Valle was initially approached by deputies on March 4 after he was spotted by Beaver County Sheriff's Office deputies.At the time, law enforcement issued a shelter-in-place order and evacuated nearby neighbors. However, the order was lifted, and residents were allowed to return home after officials learned he had fled through a window on the back side and left the area. The Beaver County Sheriff's Office said it continued to work the case since it was first reported, while confirming his safe arrest.
