The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) reported on Friday (June 5) that a recent survey of those who availed of “online application and installation of digital certificates” had a “favorable experience” and gave positive feedback on their experiences conducting such transactions online.
In the survey conducted by the Philippine National Public Key Infrastructure division, many of the users shared their favorable experience with the “forms used, service time, and process.”
“The use of digital certificates fast-tracks and secures online transactions for our telecommuting public and the government alike, in line with the President’s directives to cut red tape and reduce overregulation for faster delivery of services amid the public health emergency,” DICT Secretary Gregorio B. Honasan II said.
