New surveillance footage obtained by 13WHAM shows what appears to be the woman leaving her vehicle, a suspect entering the vehicle and exiting the parking lot headed westbound on Electric Avenue.Police tell us the suspect removed the toddler from the vehicle and placed the boy on the street on Electric several blocks away.
A neighbor called police, who took the child to the hospital with what's described as non-life threatening injuries.
