KOMO News obtained exclusive surveillance video showing a gun battle along Aurora Ave North that left one person hurt on July 6, 2024.
"It’s scary to think how much damage a gun can do," said one neighbor who took cover in his home. "It’s unfair for everyone who has to live here, especially for people who don’t have the option to move. Our next-door neighbors have two children, two little kids, and it just kills me inside that they have to listen to this."
According to Seattle police, officers arrived and located over 30 shell casings in the area of the shooting, as well as bullet strikes to several businesses, including the electronics store owned by Peter Toms.
