I admit that I could have taken all of the articles, videos, and comments from insiders and the media about Devin's athleticism as if we were going to see something that we haven't seen at Ohio State since Fields. I'm not saying DB was going to have Field's speed and quickness, but I came to the conclusion that he was going to be quick, fast, and was going to be a real problem for defenses to deal with.

I'm not saying DB was going to have Field's speed and quickness, but I came to the conclusion that he was going to be quick, fast, and was going to be a real problem for defenses to deal with. After two games, I could be wrong, but I don't think he is head and shoulders above Kyle from a speed or quickness perspective. I do, however, see the arm talent and quick release, but I guess I'm not seeing the twitched-up player I heard him to be. This is a forum post from a site member.
