In addition to apparently being a certified going off the rails, Navarro has also reportedly made a real name for himself when it comes to striking shady coronavirus deals that the government has later had to undo:
Appearing on Fox Business, Navarro hailed the July 28 loan announcement as a “great day here in Trump-land,” saying it posed “minimal risk to the taxpayer” and had been executed with “the greatest of due diligence”…. Almost immediately, questions were raised about unusual activity involving the company’s stock. On July 27, one day before the announcement, Kodak gave its chairman and chief executive,and three other top executives, options to buy the stock for as little as $3.03 per share.
Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said the public’s behavior over the Labor Day holiday weekend will determine how the coronavirus spreads in the U.S. through the colder months. “We know from prior experience as you get into the holiday weekend, the Fourth of July, Memorial Day, there’s a tendency of people to be careless somewhat with regard to the public health measures,” he said.
