Mengikut pertuduhan, Aini Syanina melakukan kesalahan di Balai Polis Trafik Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah Kuantan pada 4.30 pagi, 12 Januari lalu. Bagi kesalahan itu, Aini Syanina didakwa mengaibkan kehormatan terhadap Inspektor Faizal Basri yang sedang menjalankan tugas rasmi dengan suci hati.
