Surge in demand for National Library e-books during MCO

DEMAND for e-books from the National Library’s collection has soared since the movement-control order came into force on March 18. Library system and network division senior deputy director Aidatul Hasnida Abdul Rani said March saw 40,000 e-books checked out, compared with the average of 15,000 a month.
