The Supreme Court sided with the Biden administration on Wednesday, allowing federal officials to continue communicating with social media platforms about content moderation policies. Justice Amy Coney Barrett, writing in the opinion of the court, said, 'At this stage, neither the individual nor the state plaintiffs have established standing to seek an injunction against any defendant.
