Supporters of former President Donald Trump said they will continue to stand behind him after the Department of Justice on Friday unsealed a federal indictment

Supporters of former President Donald Trump said they will continue to stand behind him after the Department of Justice on Friday unsealed aThe less-than-usual crowd gathered along Southern Boulevard near the Mar-a-Lago estate Friday evening and waved flags. It was a smaller group compared to a few months ago, when the ex-commander-in-chief was indicted for the first time by a New York judge in state court over his business dealings.

“I think it just makes him stronger, this is only going to make him stronger,” said Maria Korynsel of North Palm Beach when asked if this will change Trump’s standing in the 2024 presidential run. Friday’s indictment laid out extensive details, including photos of boxes of classified government information stored around his property, like a storage room, a ballroom and in a bathroom.

The full list of charges includes: willful retention of national defense information, conspiracy to obstruct justice, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation, false statements and representations and scheme to conceal – with counts one through 31 being violations of the Espionage Act.

“Nobody can show us a time-dated stamp of these photos,” added Korynsel. "It’s insanity. It’s just another tactic by the left.”The group said they will return near Trump’s club Sunday and will travel to rally in Miami on Tuesday where the former president is scheduled to set a plea before a federal judge.
