ALOR GAJAH: A 41-year-old site supervisor was killed while four people were injured in a two-car collision at KM192.6 of the North-South Expressway (NSE) here.
Alor Gajah OCPD Supt Arshad Abu identified the deceased as Mohd Selamat Besar from Kota Baru, Kelantan who succumbed to head injuries on the spot in the 6.30am accident on Friday .According to Supt Arshad, the four injured victims were on their way to Genting Highlands at the time.
He identified them as Lim Beng Keong, 56, Tan Lai Foong, 54, Tan Lai Choo, 56, and Brenda Lim Zhi Ning, 28, all from Singapore.Supt Arshad said both cars were travelling in the same direction when one suddenly swerved into the next lane and collided with the other.Article type: free
