Siphesihle Ndlovu of SuperSport United appears to be facing some financial woes to the extent that he risks losing his vehicle.. This follows a high court application by a commercial bank claiming that the 26-year-old has breached a vehicle sale agreement worth more than half a million by failing to keep up with monthly instalments.
The papers show that the former Orlando Pirates midfielder committed in the finance agreement that he would pay monthly instalments of R7 631.92.... the defendant failed to make payments of any amount payable to the plaintiff under the agreement on the due date… the defendant is in default of the obligations under the agreement and has been in default for a period of at least 20 business days since the date on which the default commenced.
“Neither the defendant nor the debt counsellor have responded to said notification within a period of 10 business days and as such, 10 business days have expired. The plaintiff has accordingly terminated the debt review process and hereby cancels the agreement and elects to enforce its rights as set out,” read the papers.
