Image:Joburg Super Kings’s left-arm spinner Aaron Phangiso has been suspended from bowling in the Betway SA20.Phangiso was reported for a suspected illegal action during the Super Kings' match against Pretoria Capitals in Johannesburg by officials who included umpires Marais Erasmus and Shaun George.
“[The] Independent Bowling Action Panel confirmed his bowling action does not conform to the regulations of a legal bowling action as defined by the International Cricket Council ,” the SA20 said. “The panel submitted their final report on 23 January, as constituted under the SA20 Suspect Bowling Action Policy.
