You don’t need much knowledge about football in order to play. The square has 10 vertical columns and 10 horizontal rows which adds up to a total of 100 squares. In this case, the Eagles are given the columns and the Chiefs are given the rows. Both the rows and columns have values from 0-9 at random so any score result is possible.
Every individual square is purchased separately, but they are priced the same. After each square is bought, every square is assigned a random number from 0 to 9. Typically, there are prizes given out based on the score at the end of each quarter . The person who has the box that corresponds to the last number of each team’s score wins that quarter. So if the Chiefs lead 14-7 at halftime, whoever has the Chiefs-4, Eagles-7 square wins.
Sometimes, the game is played with one winner getting the pot based solely on the final score. For example, if the Eagles won the game 24-21 over the Chiefs, whoever had the intersection of “4” in the Eagles column and “1” in the Chiefs row wins.
