Lovely, especially as we approach the weekend.
Recently, the sun has been shining through and temperatures have generally remained above 20C, however there has also been spells of strong winds and heavy rain in many areas of the city. Similar up and down conditions are expected today ; the Met Office predict a mixture of cloud, some rain, sunshine and bright spells.
The good news is that the unpredictable conditions are set to change in just four days time - when July commences - and a scorching heatwave is incoming. The Weather Company is predicting both early and late July may see more high temperatures following the recent heatwave which saw the mercury push to the high 20s around many places. It's claimed another hot spell could see highs of more than 40C in July, the Mirror reports.
Temperatures will start out around 14C in Leeds today, before warming up to 20C around 2pm. There will be a mixture of cloud and sunny intervals before four hours of full sunshine between 6pm and 9pm.
