Temperatures in Burnaby may reach as high as 25 C in time for the long weekend, but bring an umbrella if you're spending the holiday outside.
Burnaby residents will be able to enjoy some warmer days leading up to the Thanksgiving long weekend.
According to Weatherhood, which has a station set up at BCIT, the forecast is calling for sun and clouds this week with temperatures rising from 15°C on Wednesday, Oct. 4, to as high as 25°C by Saturday, Oct. 7. While there is an 11 per cent chance of showers on Wednesday, that drops down to two per cent Thursday through Saturday.
Up to 15 mm of rain is predicted for Thanksgiving Monday, Oct. 9, with more downpour expected by dinner time.
