The Summit County Sheriff’s Office said around 11:30 a.m. deputies responded to Mayfair Road in the city of Green for reports of a suspicious woman walking down the street with a knife in her hand.

SUMMIT COUNTY, Ohio - A Summit County woman was arrested Thursday after trying to run from deputies, according to an area department.

The man was on the phone with 911, and told deputies a woman matching the description of the suspect had entered his home and demanded his car keys, saying “I’m running from the cops.” According to SCSO, deputies tried to make contact with the woman, who had locked herself inside the home.
