A 66-year-old Summit County man faces a vehicular homicide charge after backing over his wife as she was walking behind the car in their driveway.
The preliminary investigation found that Bradley Wilson was under the influence of alcohol or prescription medication, according to Summit County Sheriff Jaime FitzSimons.
This accident happened Friday morning and Wilson dialed 911 to notify police that “he was pulling out of his driveway when he backed over his wife, who was walking behind the car,” according to a news release issued Monday.
