Leeds United returned to the automatic playoffs position in the Championship after their 3-1 win over Hull City
Leeds United attacker Crysencio Summerville explained his decision to take the penalty that earned an important 3-1 win over Hull City.
But Summerville swooped in to snatch the ball off his Dutch compatriot, to the dismay of the former Swansea forward, but stepped up to send Ryan Allsop the wrong way.READ MORE: Leeds United's unseen issues highlighted as win over Hull City takes on new dimension Speaking after the win, Summerville explained why he took the penalty off of Piroe. He told Sky Sports: "I felt good in the game, we had a few good chances and I thought this one is mine - so I'm happy with the goal and the game today."
The win at Elland Road extended Leeds' unbeaten run at home and Summerville described the triumph as "amazing". He added: "Very big, we are undefeated at home so it is a boost for us, the point away at Watford was very important and now to take the three points it's amazing, you know?"
