SUKMA 2024 will be Malaysia's first live event broadcasted via 5G-Advanced

CelcomDigi, U Mobile and ZTE have teamed up to showcase 5G-Advanced's capability for live streaming during SUKMA 2024.

The public can view first-hand how the technology works at the 5G-A Pavilion at Stadium Sarawak in Kuching, hosted by CelcomDigi, U Mobile and ZTE. The 5G-A live broadcast is also made possible with support from Sarawak Digital Economy Corporate Berhad for the provision of fibre backhaul.which provides the largest bandwidth and 1024-antenna array.

Commenting on the collaboration for SUKMA 2024, CelcomDigi CEO Datuk Idham Nawawi said, “We believe in partnerships and industry collaboration, and working with U Mobile and ZTE on this project benefits all parties, especially the state and the.
