'Not trying to replace our beloved originals. Just a new crew working in a different city handling different kinds of cases,' he responded, before elaborating further in a separate post, 'It seems like people are all wishing it was the originals back. I expected this and can’t blame them. I can only hope they give #SuitsLA an open-minded try. If they do, I really believe they will grow to love it.

Set in a fictional New York City corporate law firm, the original Suits followed associate lawyer Mike Ross , who started working with Harvey Specter. The legal drama, which ran from 2011 to 2019, focused on Harvey and Mike winning lawsuits and closing cases while simultaneously hiding Mike's secret that he didn't go to law school.
