MANILA —Rock/jazz fusion band SUD, best known for the hit "Sila," has released its latest single titled "Sagutan."
"Sagutan," released under Warner Music Philippines, is the carrier single of its upcoming full-length studio album, which was supposed to be released on August 31 to coincide with the band's anniversary. "Excited kaming lima sa original na plano, pero dahil may nagbago sa kung paano muna tayo pwede gumalaw, magbabago din nang kaunti 'yung plano para sa album," the band said in a letter posted on SUD's Facebook page.
"Sagutan," which follows the success of its single "Baliw" in 2019, is a duet of vocalist Sud Ballecer and bassist Raisa Racelis. In the meantime, in lieu of a music video, SUD performed “Sagutan” live from their respective homes as seen below.
