Well, what we could make out...
Gather round, for you have all been invited here to read the last will and testament of Logan Roy. Just to clarify though, this isn’t actually his legal will; this is just a piece of paper Frank’s found in his safe of his instructions upon his death. Also, an important caveat: it appears to be a few years old, has a few addendums in pencil, scribbling outs, and we can’t quite make out if Kendall Roy anointment as CEO has in fact been underlined or crossed-out. It’s all rather unclear.
If Logan Roy’s death was confusing, his will is even more so. For a man who had a crack team of legal experts on standby for any sort of crisis management at Waystar Royco he was remarkably laissez-faire about formalising what would happen in the event of his death. From episode four, we now know that there were a few rough plans of actions, Kendall-as-CEO thing aside. But what did it actually say on that sheet of paper, flashed about by the would-be successors? Well, we froze the frame and squinted to try and make out everything he was demanding.
