Study shows Texas obesity rate continues to climb
The obesity rate in Texas climbed again in 2021, to 36.1% among adults. Texas is one of 19 states in the country above a 35% obesity rate.found that four in ten American adults have obesity, and obesity rates continue to climb nationwide and within population groups.
