The Montoursville Area High School senior continues to improve and is walking the halls at Geisinger, his family says.
Published: Oct. 29, 2023, 7:38 p.m.MONTOURSVILLE -- The Montoursville Area High School senior who suffered serious head injuries in a fall from a hiking trail in Lycoming County has improved enough to be transferred to the Penn State Hershey Medical Center.he has made great strides and is stable enough to continue his journey to recovery at Penn State’s Hershey Medical Center.Aiden has been at the Geisinger Medical Center near Danville since he fell 30 feet on Oct. 4.
“He has been able to FaceTime and speak to a limited number of friends and family expressing love to all. Aiden, 17, fell as he attempted to take a picture while he and about 30 other Montoursville students were doing trash pickup along Jacoby Falls Trail in the Loyalsock State Forest north of Warrensville on Oct. 4.
